At last…after all the waiting…
Re-Enchanting Christianity is finally available from Canterbury Press, Amazon and all good bookshops.

Believe it or not I ordered a copy from Amazon myself several months ago. It was at a time when I was locked away in a room at the top of the house slogging through yet another draft of the book, trying to meet another deadline. Being irredeemably distractable, I checked my emails only to find a message from Amazon saying ‘We notice that in the past you have purchased books by this author (me!) and wonder if you’d like to pre-order his new book Re-Enchanting Christianity.’ The irony was just too much: I ordered the book right away. But how sad that there wasn’t a ‘Look inside’ option! That would have been really interesting!

Re-Enchanting Christianity is written for the untold masses of people inside the church and out who want to discover, or rediscover, a faith they can believe in. It’s not given as a blueprint or a pre-packed vision of Christianity, just an indicator of how I myself make sense of faith today, with the hope that this will inspire others to keep journeying, to keep exploring faith for themselves.

I will be writing more on these pages about the book and the thinking behind it, but meanwhile, I hope you enjoy reading it - and do let me know what you think.
